Benefiting Susan G. Komen Greater Fort Worth Affiliate

In April 2012, Polka Dot Design created a team of employees, friends and family to raise funds and participate in the Susan G. Komen Greater Fort Worth Race for the Cure. During the week leading up to the race, customers supported Polka Dot Design’s fundraising event by “Shopping for the Cure,” where, for each order placed, Polka Dot Design contributed $1 to the funds raised for the local Susan G. Komen for the Cure Greater Fort Worth Affiliate. The invitation to join Polka Dot Design’s fundraising team was extended to the employees of parent company, Cockrell Enovation, with donation boxes and a “Pink Out” Open House. With the support of customers and employees, Polka Dot Design donated over $1,000 to the Susan G. Komen Greater Fort Worth Affiliate.
